We accept Visa and MasterCard issued by a US bank, and we ship to a verifiable US billing address only. If the address to which your order is being shipped
differs from your credit card billing address, please use the customer service toll-free number on your credit card to request an "alternate shipping address".
This will expedite your order more quickly. We do reserve the right to refuse shipping to any alternate address at our discretion. Shipping to your billing address ensures
the fastest processing of your order.

At buygwt.com we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in the original condition and packaging
within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or a store credit. Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges. All items must have the original tags
attached to the item. The tags need to be in the original condition. All items must be in the original condition they were received. Merchandise refused delivery at the
destination (shipping address) and returned to us will be subject to shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
If for any reason you receive defective merchandise or your merchandise becomes defective thru normal wear and use during the first thirty days we will happily exchange the item for you at no additional charge. If for any reason you want to return the product within the first thirty days due to defective merchandise, we will accept the return based on the return policy herein stated above.
Seasonal items cannot be returned or refunded after 15 days of the receipt of the order. Any bedding, accessories, or apparel products that have been washed or worn may not be returned under any circumstances. Items received as gifts are returnable for exchange or store credit. Clearance or sale items are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for a different size and color based on product availability. If no other color or size is available, the clearance item is non refundable.
Some exceptions apply, please read our Order Cancellation section above for additional information. Special Order items are non returnable if the order was completed as specified by the customer. However, if buygwt.com sends you the wrong item, you can return it to us within the specified time.
* All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment had been received. Credit Card payments will be refunded via direct credit to the same credit card.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Damaged Shipments
Should damaged shipments arrive damaged or abused in transit please immediately contact us at customerservice@buygwt.com and we will remedy the situation
with the appropriate shipping company.

Cancellation
Most orders, except for special or customized orders, can be cancelled prior to shipment. Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of order placement.
E-mail us within 24 hour of placing your order to inquire about your order. If your order has been shipped, you will have to return the products once you receive
them. Sorry, but we cannot incur the cost of the shipping for cancelled or returned orders. Special orders (including Moses baskets, bedding, and any other
customized item) may not be cancelled or modified more than 48 hours after placing the order. You will incur a charge of 50% of the amount of the order upon
placing the special order. When you cancel a special order within the specified 48 hour period, your account will be credited for the amount originally charged
